We are writing about the famous singer Lorde.

With Mr Kinane

Today we had Mr Kinane to teach us more about Tynker.
I made a cool spiral out of squares. It was cool and rainbow.

I am making a motorbike out of clay. My best part was shaping it.

I have made a Haiku poem about my cousin Reuben.

Haiku poem

I have made a Haiku poem it needs 5 syllables 7 syllables and then 5 syllables that is a Haiku poem.

Repeated adition

We did a sreencastify about our maths. We called our slide Maths. We were using Repeated addition.

Animoto Colour Poem

I picked Pink because Pink is my second favourite colour.
I liked the Music it was my most favourite thing.
I liked making the mixed berry ice-cream.

Tynker time

I used Tynker to create this. I used degrees and pixels. My person is crazy dude. I was making a super duper star. It is made out of squares and triangles.






Mrs Long helped me as well and 
she did do some of this. 

Mayhem

I learned that Mayhem is confusion.

My clown painting

When we were doing a clown it was very hard to think about what clown I was going to make. Then I realised I needed to make it with boogers because I wanted to make it different than the other clowns. I put it with earrings and it had a nice black background.  I made a funny tongue and the shape was circle at the end but oval at the other end. Some of my classmates will share how we did this.

                         

Reflection

My favourite subject is writing because I love to write about my amazing adventures.
I am very good at Reading because I use punctuation when I Read.

My most difficult subject is Maths because it is very hard for me to work out a question                  but on XtraMaths I have achieved seven smiley face’s and that is my high score. 

My most favourite thing of the term was doing the clown paintings.

Cross country

On Friday the 6th of June 2019 it was Cross Country.  The whole school went up to Mr Morrison's farm.  After half an hour it was the Year fours turn.  I'm a year 4 so that meant it was my turn. I lined up at the starting line. The banger's clapped and off I went.I was doing two laps. Doing two laps would give me more time to win. First I went though a creek, splash! Then I went over a bridge. BUMP BUMP  BUMP! Then another.THUMP THUMP THUMP! Yay! I've done a lap. On to my second lap. Around the track & done! I've finished the Cross Country.

All About Me

Hi my name is Rhys and I go to Kaniere School at Hokitika. My favourite animal is a an English pointer dog. My family is Luke, Natasha, Travis and Rhys. I am very good at Reading I use punctuation and that is Exclamation marks, full stops ,comma and all that other stuff. My challenges are to do writing faster. I'm looking forward this year to go camping at Shantytown. I have achieved 5 smiley faces on Xtramath . Lucy and Shae commented on my blog. I like commenting on other people's blogs too.

Up Over the Ten

If you want to do this get some toys that you have heaps of and start counting. If it is 66 plus something equals 90 we don't have to to go 66+90 you need to go 66+ something equals 90.

Cyber smart

I am doing this because so everyone can work on there computers safely. Do not put food water and other liquids near your computers. Do not put objects or even a rubber or pencil can break the computer screen. Keep the computer charged when you are not using it.
